| who was raised in East Cobb, Georgia. He graduated from Berry College in 1999 and Emory University School of Medicine in 2003. |

| the University of California San Diego Medical Center. There he was the recipient of the 2006 Halasz "Golden Flea" award for Surgical Consultation presented by the Department of Medicine in recognition of superior performance as surgical consultant to the medical Service. |

| & Rectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida. |

| Colon & Rectal Surgery, the American College of Surgeons and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons. |

| surgery, including da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, laparoscopic assisted surgery, and transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEMS). |
